This must be our 10th album using your service. Never been disappointed with this way of preparing a photo album. Your regular system improvements makes it easier each time. That said it would be good if you allowed the ability to choose a set of colour pages from the library and then go to that "selection" rather than the whole library of options. Also the same for the font. Is there no way of selecting a font as you start and that will be the default font for me thereafter? Otherwise good service.

quality and speed of service was good but we lost a good 3" of our image's edges. When we uploaded the photo there was no editing options. We really needed to be able to centre the image we had onto the area available, so that we could get the whole image onto the canvas, but couldn't. The best view we could obtain was by not having 'wrap around' option. we tried using alternative size gallery canvases, which made no difference in the aspect ratio. It was an image of a black ink sketch on a white
background with fade-out edges

There was a problem with the finish on just under 50% of the photo book pages. Whilst the error was accepted, and a replacement sent, my request to edit before replacement was denied. Which given the initial problem was their’s, seemed a little churlish.

Very unhappy my photobook, it arrived damaged, blurred pictures, text falling off the page and missing text. I have spoken to customer service who said they will be sending out a new book as a priority order and over a week later nothing has arrived. At this point I just want a refund.

Photograph was enlarged and it was lovely. Very easily ordered and collected. Good service.

The usual excellent experience - I collected the book from Tesco and found it beautifullly printed with vibrant colours. I am thrilled.

Photos arrived with the cardboard envelope they were sent in bent in half (it was handed to me by the delivery person, not folded and pushed through the letterbox). Photos were damaged and unusable. I have contacted customer service and had no response. The packaging needs to be more robust to protect the photos.

Update: I’ve received a response asking me to send the damaged photos back at my own expense. I think good customer service would look like being able to provide a refund off the photo evidence I supplied.

Straightforward and easy - Uploaded my photos to dropbox, then tesco photos website takes the pictures from there. 600 6x4 prints for just over 40 quid was a bargain. Good quality.

Although it took a long time (6 months on and off) to prepare the photobook I was very pleased with the end result. I did struggle initially to understand how to do things (and I'm a software developer!) but I learned more each time I logged in. Once completed, delivery was quick within the 5 days quoted. Overall, I would use the service again now I've sussed things out.

Very disappointed spent alot of money on a photo book and alot of the photo have been cropped so you can only see the background and no faces in photos or half a face..

An excellent site. Easy to use. Easy to collect products ordered.

Ordered a photo mug. Took long to arrive. Arrived chipped. Still haven't heard back. Very disappointed.

Very easy to select my photos to print and upload on the website. Thought I was waiting for the 5 day delivery. Really impressed when I had a phone call the next day to say the prints were ready for collection. Will definitely use this service again.
